Yes, you can book a new road test appointment through us at 20% off of the original price. This discount is for ALL your new road test appointments booked through us. This discount cannot be applied in addition to any other discounts, and is valid only when your new appointment is for the same driver.

Yes, you can book a new road test appointment through us with just HALF of original price (50% off). This discount is valid within 3 weeks after you last appointment booked through us, and can be used for your next appointment booked through us only. This discount cannot be applied in addition to any other discounts, and is valid only when your new appointment is for the same driver.

In order to have better chances to book your desired appointment successfully, our system allows you to select different test centres and different dates to book. In case there are several available appointments for you, we book the first available one on your appointment list.

For example, suppose you chose to book a G2 road test appointment in Hamilton on July 5th, July 2nd and July 6th. If both July 2nd and July 5th are available, we book the one on July 5th for you since you listed it before the July 2 one.

You may prefer to book an appointment for road test at test centre A rather than test centre B although you have listed both of them in your order as acceptable choices; however, the best thing we can do is book whatever is available in your list of desired appointments. If we just stick on test centre A only, we may miss all available appointments of test centre B and may finally get nothing booked for you.

We can't say that we could always successfully book a desired appointment for each of our customers; however, we are very confident than anyone else to be able to get your desired appointment booked for you, because:

• We check appointment availability for you at all times without interruption;
• We know this business better than anyone else, and know how to work efficiently for booking appointments;
• we take full responsibility for our customers and promise to do our best getting our customer satisfied.

If we can't get an appointment booked for you, no anyone else can.

You can only book an appointment for next business day (usually tomorrow) or after.

In general, we will send an email notification to you right after we have successfully booked a road test appointment for you. Besides that, if you have chosen option "notify me by phone when booked" when filling out order details, we will also make a phone notification for you. Please note that phone notifications are made only during business hours (9:30AM to 5:30PM Eastern time).

In order to be able to reach you properly, please make sure the email address and phone number you provide are always correct and up to date.

Any time before your road test appointment has been booked by us, you can always cancel your order without any cost. Just login our website and cancel your order, you will get a full refund usually within 1 business day. Totally risk free!

We try out best checking appointment availability for our customers at all times and booking desired appointments for them. However, due to all kinds of reasons (limited road test quotas, last-minute appointment booking request etc), occasionally we may not have your appointment booked as you requested. If this happens, we would refund your payment in full usually within 1 business day.

Besides that, if you would like to book another road test appointment through us next time, you can use service at half of the original price (50% off). This discount is for your next personal road test appointment booked through us only. This discount cannot be applied in addition to any other discounts.

Generally your refund request will be processed within 1 business day.
